In this article i only considered new gpus that you can buy from the store and did not include used ones.

When it comes to wattage i am only considering tested from the wall and not the software because the software only reports what the AMD Driver reports and it's not the total usage of the gpu at wall.

For a more accurate number i would 570/580 gpus consume around 100-120w depending of how you undervolt them, maybe you can achieve a bit lower but not much.

The 5700 uses about 130-150w tested at wall while in the software reported is 100 to 130w.
